This warranty is limited to a period of 60 days from the date of purchase and is limited to the POSTURAL PRODUCT checked off on this warranty. BROOKLYN HEALER’S OBLIGATION IS LIMITED to replacing, at its option, any POSTURAL PRODUCT which is determined to be defective in material or factory workmanship. This determination as to whether the POSTURAL PRODUCT is defective rests solely with BROOKLYN HEALER.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID UNLESS:
1. The warranty is filled out on-line at and submitted or the attached warranty below is completely filled out and mailed within 10 days from the date of purchase of the product.
2. POSTURAL PRODUCT was purchased from a distributor or vendor authorized by BROOKLYN HEALER, to sell POSTURAL PRODUCTS; and
3. The POSTURAL PRODUCT is used in the manner describer in these Instructions. IF THE POSTURAL PRODUCT IS NOT USED IN A MANNER PROSCRIBED BY THESE INSTRUCTIONS, THIS WARRANTY IS VOID. If the POSTURAL PRODUCT Instructions are not understood, it is the obligation of the user to ask BROOKLYN HEALER or an authorized distributor for assistance.
This warranty covers the POSTURAL PRODUCT for a period of 60 DAYS from the date of the purchase and is VOID IF ALL CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE NOT COMPLIED WITH.
To obtain full benefit of this warranty and to avoid any possible dispute as to the expiration of the 60 DAY period, you are requested to retain your original proof of purchase sales slip. This sales slip must accompany any returned POSTURAL PRODUCT. This warranty does not cover transportation costs. Any returns must be sent prepaid to BROOKLYN HEALER. No C.O.D. You must: a) call BROOKLYN HEALER @ 310-623-4444 for a Return Authorization Number which must be put on the package; b) include deposit of $8.00 to cover the handling and shipping costs from BROOKLYN HEALERS to you for the return of your merchandise if BROOKLYN HEALER deems it to be non-defective.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE DISCLAIMER AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES LIMITATIONS:
BROOKLYN HEALER DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ANY INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE AND BROOKLYN HEALER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES FOR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.
Note: Limitations on the duration of incidental or consequential damages are not allowed in some states, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Furthermore, you may have rights other than the specified legal rights given by this warranty, which varies from state to state.
